The installed Shimano Deore brakes ensure direct response and full control – whether during slow rides through narrow passages or quick stops with a full load.
With a permissible total weight of up to 180 kg, a low center of gravity for safe handling, and a powerful drive, the Longtail is the perfect partner for delivery services or the catering industry.
Permissible total weight & legal use:
In Switzerland, the version with up to 250 kg gross weight may be ridden without a license from the age of 16.
In Germany, cargo e-bikes with pedal assistance up to 25 km/h are legally considered bicycles – they may be ridden without a license and by persons of any age, provided safe participation in road traffic is ensured.
